You will now be able LOGin which gives you access to full details and specification of all our property.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO BUY A PROPERTY?

HOW MUCH IS THE RESERVATION FEE?
Usually £1,000 and is payable to the developer direct. The fee goes into your property and you will receive a receipt.

HOW DOES FORMeleven GET PAID?
The developer pays FORMeleven for arranging and completing the sale to you.

DOES THE PREFERRED SOLICITOR WORK FOR FORMeleven?
No, the preferred solicitor is independent of FORMeleven and the developer represents you. We have sourced the preferred solicitor on your behalf because, as leading specialists in the field, they have a full understanding of buying OFFplan and because they are quick, efficient and reasonably priced.
