The Exchange Bond Option
FORMeleven is pleased to offer you, the buyer, the option of adopting an Exchange Bond® incentive scheme. The Exchange Bond® is a simple process whereby, instead of you providing a cash deposit upon exchange of contracts, you retain your funds and simply postpone payment of the deposit amount until completion, at which point you hand over the outstanding balance (100% of the agreed purchase price via mortgage or otherwise) to the Developer.
