How to buy OFFplan
The very fact that you are viewing our website suggests you are interested in property and quite possibly you have seen a particular home on the website that has initially caught your attention. Buying OFFplan involves a great deal of trust on your part, because you, the purchaser, are potentially buying a virtual property as yet unseen in reality.
Take a look around our website, particularly Why Us, Why OFFplan, Who Develops, Our Property (which gives you a flavour of the properties we are currently marketing) and Hot Home where you can click on to the ‘doll’s house’ to be given a virtual guided tour of the development. Then, from what you see, ask yourself “do I think they will deliver what they promise and will it live up to my expectations?”

REGISTERme
You register with FORMeleven by clicking on REGISTERme and simply entering in your choice of Username along with your email address. We will send you an emailed response immediately, confirming your Username and providing you with a Password. This then enables you to LOGin.
LOGin
Once registered you are able to LOGin whenever you want to. You may change the given Password to one of your own choice. You can browse the website to view fully comprehensive details of our property. For this you should view Hot Home and Our Property. Having found a home that particularly interests you, follow the link to Show Home for a complete tour.
Show Home
Here you can take a fully guided virtual tour (with audio commentary) of the interior of the home and, also, by viewing Property Specification, Floor Plans, Site Location, Site Plans, Your Investment and Property Reservation (which shows how to buy at discount) you can find fully comprehensive details of the property. If you want further information feel free to contact us directly by phone or email. We will happy to answer any of your questions. We can also send you a FREE DVD of the property so that you can view it on a large screen in the comfort of your own home before making your mind up.
Once you have decided which is the home for you should go to Property Reservation in order to complete a Reservation Form and you will be asked to pay the developer a reservation fee of £1,000 which will reserve your home for you at the current discount price. This fee is not additional but is inclusive within the discount purchase price.
On the Reservation Form you will be required to choose your solicitor and mortgage broker (if needed) and once we have received the forms and your reservation fee (normally within 48 hours), you can leave it to us, your solicitor and mortgage broker to set the wheels in motion.
Within 28 days you can expect contracts to be exchanged. At this point you would pay your deposit. Now, all there is to do is wait for the virtual OFFplan to become reality on the completion date.
